Rob has demonstrated capabilities in comprehensive property development strategies including selective and opportunistic site selection and acquisition. He has extensive experience in detailed contract management, programme management, design, innovative delivery solutions and comprehensive operations management.

Having worked for residential development companies in both Australia and the UK Rob founded Sphere developments in 2011 and has since delivered successful developments in Australia.

Rob has also provided specialist services to tier 1 company’s in Australia resolving distressed developments and projects resulting in positive resolutions exceeding over $400 Million since 2011 for stakeholders.
